Antivirus Subscription

SolidTech will monitor your Antivirus subscription to ensure that you never run out of protection. We have several options available for you to take advantage of. Different users require different Antivirus solutions. There are many options available we will discuss at the time you sign up. Continued Maintenance

On a monthly scheduled basis, a technician will log into your system to do all the routine maintenance tasks most users do not. This keeps your computer running “finely tuned” as long as you subscribe to SOLID|Support. Your system will undergo a 32 point check on a monthly basis. Believe it or not, defragging the system is not the sole maintenance task required to make it work well.

On Call Remote Support

Normally, when you would see an error message or see something on your screen that you do not understand, you would have to deal with it, wait until something really bad happens, or you pay someone to look at it. Now you can contact us and we’ll look into it right away!
